Fiber Characteristics
It has good moisture absorption, which meets the physiological requirements of human skin. Viscose fiber fabric is soft, smooth, well breathable, anti-static and UV-resistant, which is comfortable for wearing. It is easy to dye with bright color and luster and good color fastness. It has good spinnability. It has a relatively low wet modulus and high shrinkage rate. And it is easy to deform. Its handle will become hard after washed. Also its elasticity and wear resistance is poor.
Modal fiber:
It has soft handle, bright luster and good color fastness. Modal fiber fabric is especially smooth and dry. Its drapability is better than that of cotton, polyester and viscose fiber. It has the strength and toughness of synthetic fiber and silk-like luster and handle. It has anti-wrinkling performance and easy-care performance. Its moisture absorption and breathability both are good. But the stiffness is poor.
Lyocell fiber:
It combines multiple good performances of natural fiber and synthetic fiber. It has natural luster, smooth handle and high strength. It basically does not shrink. And it has good moisture-penetrability and breathability. It is soft, comfortable, smooth and cool. It has good drapability. And it is durable.
Application
Viscose fiber:
Short fibers can be spun purely and can be blended with other fibers to make underwear, outerwear and various kinds of decorative products. Its filament yarn fabric is light and thin, which is suitable for making clothes as well as the cover side of quilt.
Modal fiber:
Modal fiber fabric is mainly used to make underwear. And it can be used to make sportswear, casual wear, shirt and high-grade garment fabric, etc. If blended with other fibers, it can improve the poor stiffness of pure modal products.
Lyocell fiber:
It can cover all fields of textiles. It can be used to produce good-quality and high-grade produts.
